These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aurae app and website. By using Aurae, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aurae. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and not to upload photos of other people without their consent.
Results generated by Aurae (hairstyles, hair colors, hijab styles, outfits, journeys, trends, and aura analysis) are AI-generated based on your inputs and uploaded images, for entertainment and personal styling inspiration. Aurae does not guarantee that results will exactly represent real-world hairstyle, hair color, hijab, clothing, fashion, appearance, or other visual characteristics. Aura Analysis results are stylized, uplifting reflections and are not scientific or psychological assessments. You are responsible for how you use the results Aurae generates for you.
Free accounts include a limited number of Aura Stars for generations. Premium membership provides a specified number of monthly attempts according to the plan you select, plus no watermark on results and My Album storage. Attempts reset according to your subscription period, and unused monthly Premium attempts do not roll over to the next month. Premium plans are currently offered at price points such as $4.99, $6.99, and $9.99 depending on the plan selected; pricing is subject to change and the exact price and plan details are always shown before purchase.
Aura Stars are digital credits used inside Aurae to unlock eligible services. They are not cash and not a currency, have no cash value outside Aurae, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchased Aura Stars remain in your balance until used and are valid for up to 5 years from the purchase date, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at the time of purchase. They cannot be transferred or sold except as explicitly allowed by Aurae, such as through the gifting process described below.
Aura Stars and Premium may be purchased as a gift for another Aurae account through the Aurae website by entering that recipient account's Aurae Account Code at checkout. The recipient's account is confirmed and displayed before payment. Once payment is completed via FastSpring, the purchase is credited directly and automatically to the specified recipient account — there is no separate code to redeem. Aurae is not responsible for purchases delivered to an incorrect Account Code entered by the purchaser, except where required by applicable law. Gifted purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. Aurae-generated results are provided to you for personal use; you may save and share them.
The following are prohibited: sexual or nude content; any sexual content involving minors; illegal, abusive, hateful, or violent content; using photos of other people without their permission; impersonation; fraud or unauthorized access to accounts, balances, or systems; attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with Aurae's security, safety checks, or the Aura Stars and Premium system (including through modified apps or direct calls to our servers); and abusing our infrastructure, for example through automated or excessive requests.
To keep Aurae safe, uploaded photos, text requests, and generated results are checked automatically on our servers. If a photo, request, or result is rejected, the generation is not delivered and the Aura Stars or Premium attempt used for it is returned to you. Rejected photos are not kept; we keep only minimal technical information about the rejection (such as its category and time) to help prevent abuse. Automated checks are not perfect and may occasionally reject acceptable content or miss unacceptable content.
If these Terms are violated, Aurae may reject the request, restrict features, suspend the account temporarily, or permanently ban it, and may investigate abuse. The app shows the reason for a suspension and how to contact support@auraeapps.com to ask for a review. Aurae may act without prior notice where needed to protect the service and other users.
Aurae is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every AI generation will be free of imperfections. Aurae is not a substitute for professional hairdressing, styling, or psychological advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aurae after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

النتائج يلي Aurae بتولّدها (تسريحات، ألوان شعر، أساليب حجاب، إطلالات، رحلات، ترندات، وتحليل الأورا) مولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي بناءً على مدخلاتك والصور يلي بترفعيها، لأغراض الترفيه وإلهام الأسلوب الشخصي. لا تضمن Aurae أن تعكس النتائج بدقة تامة تسريحة الشعر أو لونه أو الحجاب أو الملابس أو الموضة أو المظهر أو أي خصائص بصرية أخرى بشكل واقعي تماماً. نتائج تحليل الأورا انطباعات إبداعية ملهمة، ومش تقييم علمي أو نفسي. أنتِ مسؤولة عن كيفية استخدامك للنتائج يلي بتولّدها Aurae إلك.
الحسابات المجانية فيها عدد محدود من Aura Stars للتوليد. عضوية Premium بتوفّر عدداً محدداً من المحاولات الشهرية حسب الباقة يلي تختاريها، بالإضافة لعدم وجود علامة مائية على النتائج وتخزين بـ My Album. تُجدَّد المحاولات وفق فترة اشتراكك، والمحاولات الشهرية غير المستخدمة لا تُرحَّل إلى الشهر التالي. تُعرض باقات Premium حالياً بأسعار مثل 4.99$ و6.99$ و9.99$ حسب الباقة المختارة؛ الأسعار قابلة للتغيير ويظهر السعر وتفاصيل الباقة الدقيقة دائماً قبل إتمام الشراء.
نجوم Aura رصيد رقمي يُستخدم داخل تطبيق Aurae لفتح الخدمات المؤهَّلة. هي ليست نقوداً وليست عملة، وليس لها قيمة نقدية خارج Aurae، ولا يمكن استبدالها بنقود. تبقى نجوم Aura المشتراة في رصيدك إلى أن تُستخدم، وهي صالحة لمدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات من تاريخ الشراء، وفقاً للقانون المعمول به والشروط المعروضة وقت الشراء. لا يمكن تحويلها أو بيعها إلا إذا سمحت Aurae بذلك صراحةً، مثل عملية الإهداء الموضحة أدناه.
فيك تشتري Aura Stars أو Premium كهدية لحساب Aurae تاني عبر موقع Aurae، بس بإدخال رمز حساب (Aurae Account Code) المستفيد وقت الدفع. بيتم عرض وتأكيد حساب المستفيد قبل إتمام الدفع. بعد إتمام الدفع عبر FastSpring، بتنضاف عملية الشراء مباشرة وتلقائياً لحساب المستفيد المحدد — بدون أي كود منفصل يُستبدل. Aurae مش مسؤولة عن عمليات شراء وصلت لرمز حساب غلط أدخلته المشترية بنفسها، إلا إذا كان القانون المعمول فيه بيلزمنا بغير هيك. عمليات الشراء المُهداة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تسليمها.
بتحتفظي بملكية الصور الأصلية يلي بترفعيها. النتائج يلي Aurae بتولّدها مقدَّمة إلك للاستخدام الشخصي؛ فيك تحفظيها وتشاركيها.
ممنوع الآتي: المحتوى الجنسي أو العاري؛ أي محتوى جنسي يخص القاصرين؛ المحتوى غير القانوني أو المسيء أو المحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف؛ استخدام صور أشخاص تانيين بدون موافقتهم؛ انتحال الشخصية؛ الاحتيال أو الوصول غير المصرح به للحسابات أو الأرصدة أو الأنظمة؛ محاولة تجاوز أو تعطيل أو العبث بأمان Aurae أو فحوصات السلامة أو نظام Aura Stars وPremium (بما فيه عبر تطبيقات معدّلة أو استدعاءات مباشرة لخوادمنا)؛ وإساءة استخدام بنيتنا التحتية، مثل الطلبات الآلية أو المفرطة.
للحفاظ على أمان Aurae، بنفحص الصور المرفوعة والطلبات النصية والنتائج المولَّدة آلياً على خوادمنا. إذا انرفضت صورة أو طلب أو نتيجة، ما بينسلَّم التوليد وبترجعلك Aura Stars أو محاولة Premium يلي انستخدمت. ما بنحتفظ بالصور المرفوضة؛ بنحتفظ بس بمعلومات تقنية محدودة عن الرفض (مثل الفئة والوقت) للمساعدة بمنع إساءة الاستخدام. الفحوصات الآلية مش مثالية وممكن أحياناً ترفض محتوى مقبول أو تفوّت محتوى غير مقبول.
إذا انخالفت هاي الشروط، ممكن Aurae ترفض الطلب أو تقيّد ميزات أو تعلّق الحساب مؤقتاً أو تحظره نهائياً، وتحقق بإساءة الاستخدام. التطبيق بيعرض سبب الإيقاف وطريقة التواصل مع support@auraeapps.com لطلب المراجعة. ممكن تتصرف Aurae بدون إشعار مسبق لما يلزم لحماية الخدمة والمستخدمين التانيين.
Aurae مقدَّم "كما هو". ما منضمن إنه كل توليد بالذكاء الاصطناعي رح يكون خالي من العيوب. Aurae مش بديل عن استشارة مصفف شعر أو أخصائي تجميل أو استشارة نفسية محترفة.
ممكن نحدّث هاي الشروط من وقت لوقت. استمرارك باستخدام Aurae بعد أي تعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدَّثة.
