Delete Your AuraE Account

You can request permanent deletion of your AuraE account and all data associated with it at any time — even if you no longer have the app installed. This page works without needing to log in.

What Gets Deleted

Your AuraE account
Your account information (name, email, age range, gender)
Your uploaded and stored photos
Your saved AI-generated results
Your account data stored in Firebase and on our servers

What We May Keep

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records (for example, payment records needed for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), which are kept only for as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.

How It Works

Send your deletion request using the button above, or email us directly at support@auraeapps.com with the subject "Delete My AuraE Account" from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm and process your request within a reasonable time.
