Delete Your Aurae Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Aurae account and all data associated with it at any time — even if you no longer have the app installed. This page works without needing to log in.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Aurae account
• Your account information (name, email, age range, gender)
• Your uploaded and stored photos
• Your saved AI-generated results
• Your account data stored in Firebase and on our servers

What We May Keep

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records (for example, payment records needed for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), which are kept only for as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.

How It Works

Send your deletion request using the button above, or email us directly at support@auraeapps.com with the subject "Delete My Aurae Account" from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm and process your request within a reasonable time.

شو ممكن نحتفظ فيه

ما منحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية بعد حذف الحساب، إلا إذا كان مطلوب منا قانونياً نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة (متل سجلات الدفع اللازمة لأغراض ضريبية أو لمنع الاحتيال)، وهاي بتنحفظ بس للمدة المطلوبة قانونياً وما بتُستخدم لأي غرض تاني.

كيف بتشتغل

ابعتي طلب الحذف عبر الزر فوق، أو راسلينا مباشرة على support@auraeapps.com بعنوان "Delete My Aurae Account" من نفس الإيميل المرتبط بحسابك. رح نأكّد ونعالج طلبك خلال مدة معقولة.
