This Privacy Policy explains how Aurae ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aurae app and website.
When you use Aurae, we may collect: photos you upload or capture for AI generations (hairstyle, hair color, hijab, journeys, trends, and analysis features), basic account information (name, email, age range, gender), and usage data (features used, Aura Stars spent, device type).
Because Aurae is an AI-powered image creation and editing service, uploaded images may be automatically processed and analyzed as part of creating and editing images, maintaining safety and quality, troubleshooting errors, and improving the reliability and performance of the service. Your photos are used to provide the Aurae services you request. Your photos are not used to train or develop AI models, are not published by Aurae, are not sold by Aurae, and Aurae does not reuse your photos for purposes unrelated to providing the service you requested.
Uploaded images and generated results that are not saved to My Album are automatically deleted from Aurae's active servers within a maximum of 24 hours. Results you choose to save to My Album (a Premium-only feature) may remain stored there until you delete them or the applicable account or storage terms apply, so you can revisit them later. You can delete any saved result from My Album at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us.
Purchases of Aura Stars and Premium are processed securely by FastSpring, our payment provider. Aurae does not see or store your card details. When purchasing as a gift, only the recipient's Aurae Account Code and account UID (used internally to deliver the purchase) are shared with our systems — never the recipient's email or other private information.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly necessary to run Aurae (such as cloud infrastructure and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@auraeapps.com. You can also use our dedicated Delete Account or Delete Data pages, which work even if you no longer have the app installed.
Aurae is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

لما تستخدمي Aurae، ممكن نجمع: الصور يلي بترفعيها أو بتلتقطيها للتوليد بالذكاء الاصطناعي (تسريحة، لون شعر، حجاب، رحلات، ترندات، وميزات التحليل)، معلومات حساب أساسية (الاسم، الإيميل، الفئة العمرية، الجنس)، وبيانات استخدام (الميزات المستخدَمة، Aura Stars المصروفة، نوع الجهاز).
بما أن Aurae خدمة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنشاء الصور وتعديلها، فقد تتم معالجة الصور المرفوعة وتحليلها آلياً كجزء من عمليات إنشاء الصور وتعديلها، والحفاظ على الأمان والجودة، ومعالجة الأخطاء، وتحسين موثوقية وأداء الخدمة. تُستخدم صورك لتقديم خدمات Aurae التي تطلبيها. لا يتم استخدام صورك لتدريب أو تطوير نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا تقوم Aurae بنشرها، ولا تقوم ببيعها، ولا تعيد Aurae استخدام صورك لأغراض لا تتعلق بتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتيها.
يتم حذف الصور المرفوعة والنتائج التي لم يتم حفظها في My Album تلقائيًا من خوادم Aurae النشطة خلال مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة. أما النتائج يلي تختاري حفظها بـ My Album (ميزة حصرية لـ Premium) فقد تبقى محفوظة هناك إلى أن تحذفيها أو وفقاً لشروط الحساب أو التخزين المعمول بها، حتى ترجعيلها لاحقاً. فيك تحذفي أي نتيجة محفوظة من My Album بأي وقت، أو تطلبي حذف الحساب بالكامل بالتواصل معنا.
عمليات شراء Aura Stars وPremium بتتعالج بأمان عبر FastSpring، مزوّد الدفع تبعنا. Aurae ما بتشوف ولا بتخزن بيانات بطاقتك. لما تشتري كهدية، بس رمز حساب المستفيد (Aurae Account Code) ومعرّف حسابه الداخلي (UID، يُستخدم داخلياً بس لتسليم عملية الشراء) بينشاركوا مع أنظمتنا — أبداً مش إيميل المستفيد ولا أي معلومة خاصة تانية.
ما منبيع بياناتك الشخصية. ممكن نشارك بيانات محدودة مع مزوّدي خدمات ضروريين لتشغيل Aurae (متل البنية التحتية السحابية ومعالجات الدفع)، بموجب التزامات سرية.
فيك تطلبي الوصول لبياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بأي وقت بالتواصل معنا عبر support@auraeapps.com. فيكِ كمان تستخدمي صفحتَي حذف الحساب أو حذف البيانات المخصصتين، وبتشتغلوا حتى لو ما عاد عندك التطبيق مثبّت.
Aurae مخصص للمستخدمين بعمر 13 سنة فأكتر. ما منجمع بيانات بشكل مقصود من أطفال تحت 13 سنة.
